Collection
Your juice is prepared in the same machine you ordered from. Collect the cup from the dispensing area once the ready screen appears.

No shipping
Inovara does not deliver Monesh Go orders to a home or office address through this service. If that changes, we will state it clearly before payment.

Returns and refunds
Fresh juice cannot be returned after collection for food-safety reasons. If payment fails, or the machine cannot prepare the juice after confirmation, you will not be charged or you will be refunded through the original payment method.

Machine issues
If a cup is not dispensed or an error appears after payment, keep your order number and contact Inovara immediately by phone or email so we can complete a refund. Company website: inovara.net.
